About delivery

Delivery is included in the price of your order. 
We accept bank transfer.

We only deliver to the areas listed in the box below.

We are fully insured for carrying out deliveries and have public liability in place.

We usually require no more than one week's notice for delivery however during the busy months it can be longer.

Plan your order ahead to avoid disappointment. 

Deliveries will be made using our pick-up truck and a tipping trailer. 

Due to insurance restrictions we cannot enter your house. Wood will be offloaded as close to the entrance as you wish.

Access to our premises is via a single track private road that we share with our friendly neighbours in a quiet area.  For this reason we do not offer a pick up service from our premises.

We will then get back to you with a delivery date.  Payment details will be provided during delivery for Bank transfer.
